Parties interested in signing up for an account should phone our Accounts Receivable department to request an application.

If I do not have an account, can I still place an order?

You can add items to your shopping cart and submit a quote. Please ensure you submit valid contact information Phone & Email, upon receipt a Cross Canada representative will contact you.

What are the limitations of a 'guest' account?

Subject to approval.

What are the benefits of an online registered account?

Registered accounts have the ability to save regularly purchased items in your stocking order section. In addition registered accounts can see order status, retrieve past invoices & statements and check their account balance.

How can I recover a lost password or username?

Fax 519-966-4266 on company letterhead requesting the recovery of your username and password. You can also click "Contact Us" at the top or bottom of the page to send a question and receive a detailed response by a Cross Canada representative as soon as possible.
