What is your return policy?
A 10% handling charge will be assessed on all returns. Goods returned for credit must be accompanied by invoice or RGA number.
Acceptable reasons for Returns:
- Parts no longer needed or wrong part ordered, (can be re-sold)
- Wrong Parts were sent, (can be re-sold)
- Parts were labeled wrong, (can be re-sold when identified correctly)
- Problem with part, warranty or unable to fit, not to be re-sold (if no-fit, please provide explanation)
- Damage has been done to the part, not freight carrier related, (not to be re-sold)
What is the Warranty on parts purchased from Cross Canada?
Cross Canada offers a limited lifetime warranty on its replacement products such as bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles and other automotive and truck replacement parts. Does Cross Canada offer a paper catalog?
Yes, our catalog can be ordered online. The part number changes each year. For example, if you wish to order this year's catalogue, the stock part is CAT2009.
