Warehouse Order Flow - Pick, Pack and Ship
Warehouse order flow begins when an approved order is received from the website or order desk call centers. Every order is inspected and signed off by a member of our team to ensure the accuracy of each order. Orders received by designated cut off times are picked, packed and shipped the same day.

| Orders are received one of three ways; manually entered into our order management system, batch or through web integration. |
Orders are packed according to specifications of the product type, quantities of parts. |
Orders that fall within our local delivery routes are delivered same day if received by designated cut off times. |
| Pick Tickets/Packing Slips include product line, part, description and location for accurate gathering. |
Our team works with you to ensure packaging is fitted for safe arrival. |
Our account or yours we have strong relationship with Purolator Courier and large network of other carriers. |

Shipping labels with barcodes are applied to every outbound package to ensure accuracy. |
Once shipped, the tracking information is available in our order management system. |
